    When they got outside they went to the park across the street in the back of Juniper’s building, when you first walk in there’s a basketball court & in the back there’s a playground for the kids. Rhys seen the boys throughout the neighborhood from going to the store but he never noticed a few faces he was seeing around, some of the boys were attractive some were grown men coaching their sons how to play basketball however Rhys loved the many options he was seeing. When they got to the park they told the kids to go play on the kids playground while they sat & watched the boys play basketball, it was nice to be outside & feel the breeze & get comfortable within the neighborhood for Rhys, he haven’t really gone outside much unless it was too the store or to school. After a hour of playing outside the kids wanted to go back in the house until they heard the ice cream van coming through the neighborhood, they ran to their older siblings begging for ice cream, Rhys caving in gave his sister 5 dollars for her cone & he saw Juniper didn’t have for her little brother so he told Rory to get Journey one too, Rory asked “ Rhys you not getting ice cream” he replied “ no Rory I have some in the freezer upstairs, I’ll eat some later” the kids got there ice cream sat down & began to eat the ice cream getting it all over there faces & mouths. When they finished Rhys was about to take them upstairs to clean they’re face when a teenage mother to an infant gave them wipes, they said thank you & continued watching the basketball game as things started to heat up, the boys on the losing team started to argue. The kids wanted to go back inside but they’re older siblings told them to go play for a little while or just sit down with them & relax, they wanted atleast another 2 hours before going back in the house.

     After a total of 3 hours they take the kids back in the house & Bay had already finished cooking while Zuma set up the table, everyone washed their hands & sat at the table, tonight bay made pepper steak, yellow rice & beans & fried dumplings. Elliott sat in between Juniper & Rhys, he would sneak feels on Rhys. When he got in the school 2nd period was about to start & some of the kids from the other schools was giving him shady looks he ignored it & went up to his school, when he got up he went into the office signed in & put the reason he was late was because he over slept. He went into 2nd period & the kids turned their attention to him, he was getting frustrated so he said “ wtf y’all looking at, if somebody got something to say say it tf” some kids rolled their eyes but all of them turned their attention back to the teacher. He saw Juniper & wanted to go talk to her, he understood she was hurt but he felt like this was childish & petty. When he calmed down he found himself in the guidance counselor office with his mother, Bay said “ does anybody want to explain why I had to come here on my day off” Rhys started “ ma, long story short I had sex with Elliott & Juniper found out, she came up to me & we were speaking at lunch when suddenly her friend I don’t even know hit me so I beat his ass” Bay responded “ boy I know you upset but watch your damn mouth when you talking to me” she then looked at the guidance counselor known as Mr. Stellan & said “ it was self defense, so what’s next?” Jamar was upset & shocked that Rhys slept with Elliott but he had to play it off & act like a professional guidance counselor, he responded “ I understand Rhys was defending himself but he beat that boy unconscious, now I don’t know what Dylan parents want but he for sure is suspended for starting the fight, Rhys will be suspended & sent to a school district suspension site” Bay replied “ okay, is he facing any charges or anything” Mr. Stellan replied “ again I don’t know hopefully no but Dylan is now at the hospital getting medical care” Bay replied “ okay, is that all?” Mr. Stellan replied “ yes for now, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, Rhys is a good kid & usually doesn’t causes problems so we look forward to having him back after the 3 day suspension” with that Rhys & Bay got up & Rhys got his stuff out his locker, on the way back home they stopped to pick up Rory so they wouldn’t have to come back & get her. When they got on the train Bay said “ Rhys im going to ask you this once, did you have sex with that boy in my house?” Rhys replied “ yes & looked down at the ground” Bay replied “ you know I support you, & I want you safe so I rather you do it at home, but your friends man Rhys really?” Rhys didn’t respond he just looked at the ground, Bay changed the subject figuring he already dealt with enough for the day, she said “ anyways, I see what you mean by the guidance counselor, wouldn’t be surprised if you hoped on that thing too” with that Rhys laughed & turned away as he was blushing & turning red, Bay knew her son so she made him look at her & said “ oh my goddddd, you did didn’t you, welp your 18 so I won’t press charges but Rhyssssss you’ve just been naughty & giving up the goodies.

     For the rest of the week Rhys will be staying home, Bay wasn’t sending him to a suspension site, she called the school & told them he would be staying home for the 3 days & she’ll send him back to school Monday, Mr. Stellan tried to argue that if Rhys would have to do the 3 days but Bay wasn’t having it, after 45 minutes of going back & forth Mr. Stellan finally agreed & said fine send him back Monday but if this happens again he has to go to the suspension site or he will be removed from the school. 

    That following Friday at about 2:30 Sincere knocked on the door, he had his overnight bag for the weekend & was ready to spend some time with his bestfriend & catch up. Hearing the door Bay looked through the peephole & opened the door, she said hello & embraced Sincere.      By 9:00 Bay finished preparing dinner, she told Rhys & Sincere that they could smoke in the house just close & lock the room door so Rory doesn’t barge in & open a window. Sincere offered to wash the dishes since he was the guest but Rhys helped him, after they finished washing the dishes Rhys still had the munchies, he never ate his ice cream so he took it out the freezer & got a spoon, Sincere said “ nigga we just finished the dishes” Rhys replied “ oh hush I’ll wash the spoon out” he shared his ice cream with Sincere & they smoke another blunt, by 11:00 they were so high they decided to lay down.
