Dakina Stories 102

         As Amari sat on the bus crying, Xavier was back at the house, he called Amari's best friend Nicole. He said he didn't know where Amari was & he was worried about her, Nicole knew something was off, she said "I haven't heard from her", he replies "well if you see her or hear from her please let me know". Amari gets off the bus & makes her way to her Adrienne's house. Adrienne is her older sister they are 3 years apart, Amari forgot about the bruise on her face & Xavier's hand print around her neck so when Adrienne asked her "girl are you okay, it look like you got attacked", Amari couldn't come up with a lie fast enough. Amari told Adrienne about what happened for the past 4 years & the response she got was unexpected. Adrienne said "I always knew you wasn't woman enough for him, no man is going to put his hands on his woman if she is listening to him & keeping him satisfied", Amari was shocked, she waited for Adrienne to laugh & say got cha but the look on Adrienne's face was very serious. The telephone interrupts the awkward silence, it was Xavier, Adrienne told him Amari was over there & she knew about everything & Xavier just replied "Okay, tell her to come home in the morning, I was worried about her". When Adrienne hung up Amari got up & pleaded "Adrienne please, you can't take me back, I'm pregnant & if I go back I could lose my baby" as the tears roll down Amari's face all her sister did was roll her eyes & said "girl you are so extra, get some rest & in the morning I'll take you back home". Amari's phone is ringing, she jumped but when she saw it was Nicole calling her, she answered ''hello'' Nicole replied "hey girl is everything okay, long time no see" Amari says "yes everything is fine I'm just really going through a lot of bullshit so I try to keep it away from everyone else, Nicole says " Okay girl I understand that, you know I'm here for you no matter what so if you need me anything let me know, & Xavier called me & said he was worried about you is everything okay?" Amari says "I just want to rest tonight, can you meet me at the hospital tomorrow morning?" Nicole says " yeah girl I'm off tomorrow, I'll be there". The next day Adrienne was up & dressed, she was ready to take Amari home, Amari said "go ahead without me I'll meet you there, I promise (she knew Adrienne was not on her side so she could not tell her she was meeting up with Nicole)." Adrienne says " okay but you better be there". When Amari got to the hospital Nicole was already there, she said girl what is going on, Amari told her about the pregnancy & the abuse & Nicole said "oh my god, that is not right girl I am so sorry I didn't know Xavier was like that" Amari replied " It is okay, nobody knew he was like that including me" after the check up Nicole said she will go with Amari to the house & pick up some more stuff, she was 4 weeks pregnant & so far the baby was healthy. When Nicole & Amari got to the house, they heard noises coming from the bedroom, Amari walks to the bedroom & opens the door. She saw her sister & Xavier having sex with each other & her jaw dropped. Nicole punched Adrienne in her face & asked "bitch what kind of sister are you", Xavier got up & tried to make his way to Amari but Nicole stood in his way. Xavier raises his hand to hit Nicole but Amari pushed her out the way & he slapped her, he said "oh my god baby I didn't mean to hit you this time" Nicole says "that's the problem, you should've never been hitting her, you a bitch ass nigga that beats on women"  Amari runs out the house, Nicole grabs some clothes for her & leaves the house. When Nicole got to her house Amari was already there, she said "girl I am so sorry I did not know this was going on, why didn't you tell me. Amari replied "I never thought I'd be the girl that gets beat on by her man" Nicole said "any man that hits a woman is a bitch ass nigga, please don't think this is your fault, it has nothing to do with you & everything to do with him" Amari starts crying, she asked "Nicole what am I going to do with the, I'm carrying his kid & I still love him", Nicole said "I cannot tell you what to do with the baby, but you are going to have to love him from a distance, protect yourself & this baby if you are keeping it" they sat & talked all day until the sun went down. Nicole went to bed & offered Amari to come in bed with her in case she was scared, Amari said no thank you & slept on the couch. Around 1 o'clock am Amari went to the bathroom, when she came out the bathroom Xavier was sitting on the couch with a gun in his hand, he said "if you scream I'll shoot you right in the stomach". He said "did you really think you could leave me that easily? Any where you go I'll find you" Amari pleaded "Xavier please, I just want me & my baby to be safe" Xavier replied "that's my baby too. I want it safe & y'all are safe with me, now either you come with me or I could shoot you in the stomach, then in the head, if I can't have you nobody can". Nicole wakes up to go use the bathroom, when she notices Amari standing in front of the bathroom shaking & crying she rushed out the bedroom to see what was wrong, then she saw Xavier, she said "nigga get out my house before I call the cops, how the hell you get in here" Xavier hits Nicole with the gun & knocks her out, Amari tried to run for the door but Xavier grabs her & throws her on the floor, he said "you ain't running no where this time bitch, he shoots Amari in the stomach, Amari is trying to stop the bleeding but it's too much blood, the next bullet went straight to Amari's head. Xavier walks over to her body & cries out "look what you made me do Amari, I loved you & you left me" he cried & slapped himself in the face a few times before shooting himself in the head.
