    When Rhys got upstairs his mother was in the kitchen, he said " hey ma" she responded " hey baby how was your first day at this new school" Rhys replied " my day was good but ma this guidance counselor at my school is the finest man I ever seen" his mother just smiled & said " well I'm glad you had a good day & leave that guidance counselor alone, that man probably has a family" while they were laughing & going back & forth about each others day Rory came into the kitchen & jumped on Rhys giving him a hug. Rory is Rhys little sister she is 6 years old, Rhys says hello to his little sister & they start to play in the living room leaving their mother in the kitchen to finish cooking. After 20 minutes of playing with Rory, Rhys was ready to get out of his school clothes & into the shower, when he got out the shower he sent a text to his bestfriend Sincere saying " What's up Best you won't believe what happened today" Sincere replied " What's up & what happened? Do I have to come up to your new school" Rhys replied " Lol no, not yet at least but tell me why I'm in the bathroom at the end of the day & this boy named Elliott came into the bathroom & kissed me out of no where" Sincere replied " Wtf that's weird, he definitely wants to give you the business" Rhys replied " I know right but that's not even the crazy part, his girlfriend Juniper wants to be my friend & she lives right across the street" Sincere replied " Best be careful this can get messy" Rhys replied " I know man I don't know what to do but I told Elliott just because I like guys doesn't mean I like him so I'm sure he got the hint" they text each other back & forth talking about their day. Sincere is straight but him & Rhys been bestfriends since 1st grade so he doesn't care that Rhys is gay. 

    The next day is Saturday & Rhys is woken up by Rory jumping on his back, she's saying Rhys wake up, wake up, wake up. Rhys says " Okay okay I'm up" Rory asked " can you take me to the store please mommy gave me 5 dollars" Rhys replied " okay give me a few minutes to get ready". After taking 45 minutes Rhys was ready to take Rory to the store. When they got to the store Rory went to pick up her snacks & apple juice then put her snacks & apple juice on the counter & paid for it with the 5 dollars her mother gave her, as Rhys is watching his little sister he can't help but be proud of how responsible she is, right as they're leaving the store Elliott came into the store, he said " What's up Rhys" the tension was awkward but Rhys wanted Rory to know that everything was alright so he replied " What's up Elliott" then walked out the store & took his sister upstairs with her snacks, when they got upstairs Bay ( Rhys' & Rory's mother) was dressed & ready to go to work she gave Rory a kiss & told her behave then gave Rhys a kiss & told him to call her if anything happens. She walked out the door & Rory started to get sad so Rhys started to play with her so he can cheer her up a little, when he saw her smile he said " Listen I don't like it when mommy leaves neither but I understand that she has to work & soon you will too". 

    At around 3:00 in the afternoon Rhys started to take out some lunch so he can feed Rory when he heard a knock at the door, he looked in the peep hole & saw Elliott. Rhys was taken a back because he wanted to know how the hell Elliott knew what floor & apartment he was in, when he opened the door he stepped into the hallway & said " Look man I don't know what the hell is going on but I promise you if your trying to start trouble I will beat the shit out of you" Elliott replied " Damn Rhys I was just coming to check on you & see how you were doing why so hostile" Rhys replied " How did you know I was in this apartment on this floor?" Elliott responds " When I saw you walk into this building yesterday I figured it was this apartment because the couple that moved was staying in this apartment" Rhys says " I'm sorry man you kind of freaked me out a bit, thanks for checking in though we're good" Elliott responds " It's all good, I just wanted to  apologize for kissing you yesterday, I just saw you & got excited" Rhys responds " It's okay" Elliott responds "thanks for being so understanding, hopefully one day I can show you just how excited I really am" Rhys laughs & says okay I'll see you later I have to fix my little sister something to eat. When Rhys closed the door behind him all he could think was "What the fuck", he made himself & Rory hamburgers, 1 for Rory 2 for himself.  When he finished eating he thought he should text Sincere to tell him what just happened, he sent Sincere a message saying " The weirdest thing just happened, so I was in the kitchen making some lunch for me & Rory then all of a sudden I hear a knock at the door, why this nigga Elliott was at my door" Sincere responded in 2 minutes " Oh hell nah best what the fuck did he want" Rhys replied " He wanted to apologize about the kiss he said he saw me & got excited & hopefully one day he can show me how excited he really is" Sincere replied " I'm weak but how the fuck does he know where your apartment is" Rhys responds " he knew the couple that lived here before, so when he saw me walk into this building he figured I was in this apartment" Sincere replied " Oh okay, well keep an eye open just in case" Rhys responds " Definitely, I'll facetime you later when my mom gets home" after texting his bestfriend Rhys wanted to watch something on TV. Rhys is woken up at 7:30 by the sound of the apartment door opening, he jumps up but instantly calms down when he see's his mother, she says " Hey baby, how was your day" Rhys says " Hey ma my day was good, Rory was on her best behavior, how was work" Bay replies " well I'm happy to hear that & work was good today" after finishing that last sentence & giving Rhys a kiss on the cheek Bay went to go say hello to Rory & play with her for a bit before getting in the shower to change out of her work clothes.

      By 9:30 Bay finished cooking dinner & called her kids to come eat. While everyone is sitting at the dinner table eating Bay wanted to talk to her kids, so she started with Rory. She asked " what did you do today munchkin?" Rory started to talk with a mouth full of food but before she could even attempt Bay told her " it is rude to talk with a mouth full of food", after swallowing her food Rory told her mother " after you left for work Rhys started tickling me & making me laugh because I was sad you left, then I went to my room to play with my toys & watched Paw Patrol on my tablet" Bay smiled at Rhys, she was proud of him for being a nice big brother, she said " I'm proud of you for behaving & not giving your brother a hard time, mommy doesn't like leaving neither but we need an income" Rory was too young to understand but she didn't question it instead she just said " okay mommy, how was your day" Bay responded " My day was good, I think mommy made a new friend, his name is Zuma & he lives across the street with his daughter, I believe her name is Juniper. Rhys' eyes widened but he inserted himself and said " Juniper goes to my school" Bay responded " really, what a coincidence. Do you like her?" Rhys responded " I'm still getting to know her but she is trying to be my friend" Bay replied " well okay, just be yourself & let things flow naturally".

    By 11:00 Rhys finished doing the dishes & cleaning the kitchen, around this time Rory was in bed sleeping while Bay was in her room laying down watching tv until she dosed off. Rhys heard a knock at the door & when he went to look in the peep hole he saw Elliott, Rhys opened the door in frustration & was ready to go off on Elliott, but before he could say anything Elliott kissed him passionately & said, listen I been thinking about you all day & I want to show you how you make me feel, Rhys responded in shock by the kiss " my mom is home & I just met you the other day. You really got to stop kissing me" Elliott responded " Okay let me come in for an hour, & you didn't stop me this time so I think you liked it" Rhys responded  " I don't want to get in trouble" he didn't respond to liking the kiss so Elliott asked him " did you like the kiss" Rhys didn't reply he just said " look man it is late & my mom can come out her room any minute, I think you should go" Elliott replied " alright I understand, see you in school" Rhys closed the door & wondered if he would be going through this on a daily bases with Elliott, he locked the door & went in to his bedroom to get ready for bed.
